The model-specific set provides a mount for a Hepco & Becker BASIC tank bag on the Kawasaki Ninja 1000 SX, model years 2020 to 2021.

Complete mounting set

The scope of delivery consists of the silver BASIC tank ring and the matching tank-bag retaining plate. It can be positioned on the tank bag according to the tank shape and steering lock. A tank bag is additionally required.

Purely mechanical lock

After placement, the tank bag audibly locks onto the ring. The lock is reopened for removal using the strap at the front. The fuel cap can also be opened with the tank ring fitted.

Compatibility within the system

Only a BASIC retaining plate can be used on this BASIC tank ring. Lock-it components cannot be combined with this lock. When correctly installed as intended, neither an ABE nor registration is required. The vehicle manufacturer's specifications and model-specific instructions must be followed.
