YAMAHA YZF R [2021-2025] - Complete exhaust system

The complete exhaust system from Akrapovic, especially for the YZF-R7 from 2021, is a masterpiece made of high-quality, lightweight titanium for the outer shell and the rear silencer. The system is complemented by stainless steel connecting pipes and elbows. This combination not only ensures an exceptional appearance, but also reduces the weight of the system by an impressive 3.0 kg compared to the standard version.

The system was specifically developed for use on race tracks or closed courses as it does not contain a catalytic converter and therefore does not comply with the emission regulations for road traffic. A noise insert is included to meet the needs of specific circuits. The integration of the resonator under the vehicle body, hidden by the lower fairings, and the side exhaust outlet on the right of the motorcycle are perfectly tailored to the design of the YZF-R7.

In addition to its lighter weight, the system offers impressive performance improvements. Tests on the Akrapovic test bench showed an increase in power of 4.3 kW (5.9 hp) at 9,700 rpm and an increase in torque of +2.9 Nm at 5,500 rpm. The powerful racing sound underlines the sporty characteristics of the YZF-R7. For customization, an optional black-coated aluminum bracket for the silencer is available, replacing the passenger footrests.
