The Z-RACING disc designs are aerodynamically more efficient than standard models and have been tested in virtual wind tunnels to guarantee improvements in aerodynamic coefficient (Cx) and rider protection.

Thanks to the double height of the lens, the wind that would otherwise hit the helmet and the upper part of the torso is deflected. At the same time, the side channels direct the airflow sideways to reduce air pressure on the rider's shoulders. The aerodynamic protection improvement averages 12.7% compared to the original model and 61% in the racing position.

The racing disc is manufactured in Barcelona using the most advanced technologies and from high-impact acrylic with a thickness of 3mm. This guarantees a strong, light and durable product with rounded edges of 2mm that meet the safety requirements of the German TÜV. Each disc goes through a quality control process using an artificial vision system to ensure it arrives at the customer in perfect condition.
