The complete HAAN WHEELS front wheel is designed for the Yamaha YZ 250 F (CG 25) from 2006. With a 21 inch wheel diameter and 1.60 inch rim width, it is suitable for use in MX and Enduro areas.

Structure and function

The Excel rim is made of 7000 aluminum and is manufactured in Japan. The hub is made from one-piece 6082 aluminum. Koyo bearings support the smooth-running storage of the front wheel. Center tube and spacers are made of 7075 aluminum.

Spokes and execution

Depending on the application, a version with 32 or 36 spokes is used. The spokes are made of special stainless steel and are described as being 30% stronger than OEM versions. The front wheel is delivered handmade, assembled and balanced. The required screws for the brake disc and sprocket are part of the design.
