KIMPEX bolt-on silencer with spark arrester for Yamaha YFM 350 BIG Bear 4 WD

The KIMPEX silencer is designed as a screw-on slip-on solution for the Yamaha YFM 350 BIG Bear 4 WD from the 1996 to 1999 model year range. The assembly takes place directly on the existing OEM pipes. Thanks to the special coupling, no seals are required.

Function and execution

The steel silencer has a black finish and a heat-resistant paint finish up to 600 degrees. An integrated spark arrester complements the design. The internal parts are fully welded and not spot welded, which means that the components within the silencer are firmly connected to each other.

Noise and vehicle assignment

The noise level is comparable to that of the OEM silencer. This KIMPEX silencer is assigned to the Yamaha YFM 350 BIG Bear 4 WD, built between 1996 and 1999. The KIMPEX silencers were developed for ATVs with tires. This version has not been tested for ATVs with tracked systems.

Notes on production

The muffler is made in Canada and is designed for direct slip-on mounting to the OEM pipes.
