MALOSSI multiple shaft set with flexible connections

The MALOSSI multiple shaft set was developed according to a MALOSSI design and completely revised compared to the original version. The construction is designed for precise guidance of the gears and a resilient support for the springs.

Construction and function

• The gears are axially offset so that the spring holder can be made of uniform thickness.
• Newly developed springs are held in place by a clamp screwed to the axle.
• The gears can be used with MALOSSI gears and/or original gears.
• The shape of the gear in the area of ​​the anti-locking device differs from the original due to construction.
• To secure the retaining wall of the springs, the wheels are axially displaced and centered relative to the drive wheels.

Technical features

• Made from specially hardened steel and ground.
• Anti-lock springs with square section and shot-peened surface to increase fatigue resistance.
• Laser-cut spring locking plate with reinforcement on the clutch wheel to prevent axial displacement in the event of a break in the transmission system.
• Gears with Z 12-13-17-20.
• The gear ratio has been changed compared to the original by extending the 4th gear.
