RFX Pro clutch cover for the Triumph TF 250-X

The hard anodized RFX Pro clutch cover is intended for the Triumph TF 250-X from the 2024-2027 model year range. Its 1.5mm deeper profile increases oil capacity by 100cc. This allows the clutch to benefit from a lower oil temperature during long, high-stress races, particularly in muddy or sandy conditions.

Function and construction

The additional amount of oil, together with the structurally designed oil circulation, supports the clutch during intensive use. The lid is CNC machined from a solid block of 6061-T6 aluminum. In this way, light, thin areas can be combined with a resilient construction. The design increases strength and durability over standard lids and helps prevent damage from stones, rocks, boot pegs or brake pedals.
