SUZUKI XF 650 FREEWIND [1997-2002] - Z-ring chain

The Regina 525 HPE Z-Ring chain sets new standards in the world of motorcycle chains. This advanced chain no longer requires regular relubrication thanks to revolutionary Z-ring technology, saving significant time for motorcyclists. The special design eliminates the need for lubrication every 1,000 km, which was previously considered standard.

Extensive testing in laboratories and on the road has proven that the service life of the HPE chain is at least as long, if not longer, than that of a conventional, regularly lubricated Z-ring chain. Another outstanding feature of this chain is the coating with Tetrahedral Amorphous Carbon (ta-C), one of the most advanced coatings from the group of DLC (Diamond Like Carbon) coatings. This coating is applied to the surface of the bushings and rollers and reduces energy losses while increasing efficiency in the secondary drive.

The combination of extremely high hardness of the coated surface and a low coefficient of friction leads to improved performance. Eliminating the need to clean the chain and use lubricants also minimizes environmental impact.
