The TECNIUM air filter supports the clean intake air supply to the engine and keeps dust, sand and dirt away from important mechanical components such as pistons, cylinders and valves. The construction is designed for use off-road and during racing without restricting the required air permeability.

Function and structure

The filtering takes place via two coordinated foam layers. The open-pored outer layer absorbs larger dirt particles. A second, denser layer holds back finer dust particles and allows air to flow further to the engine. A flexible seal ensures a proper contact surface with the air filter housing.
