SUZUKI GSR 600 [2006-2010] - Z-ring chain

The Regina 525 HPE Z-Ring Rivet Chain sets new standards in performance and durability for motorcyclists. Thanks to its innovative technology, this highly developed chain does not require regular relubrication, which was previously required every 1,000 km. Thanks to extensive laboratory and road tests, the Z-ring chain from Regina offers at least the same, if not longer, service life compared to conventional, regularly lubricated Z-ring chains.

A special feature of this chain is the tetrahedral amorphous carbon (ta-C) coating, one of the most advanced forms of DLC (Diamond Like Carbon) coatings. This coating is applied to the surface of the bushings and rollers and is characterized by a very high hardness and a low coefficient of friction. This reduces energy distribution and increases efficiency in the secondary drive.

Eliminating the need to clean and lubricate the chain not only minimizes maintenance, but also minimizes environmental impact. The innovative ta-C coating technology was developed through intensive research and development work by Regina engineers in Italy and offers a significant improvement over traditional methods.
