MALOSSI Force Master 2 for Piaggio Liberty 125

The MALOSSI Force Master 2 is an electronic control for adapting the injection to different combinations of 4-stroke cylinder, exhaust system, cylinder head, camshaft and air filter. Four maps are available for tuning, which are designed for defined configurations with original or Malossi components.

Function and coordination

• Adjustment of injection in the range of ± 20% at minimum, medium and maximum speed
• Raising the rev limiter by 2,250 rpm depending on the vehicle
• Original speed limiter: 9,250 rpm
• Speed limiter with Malossi setting: 11,500 rpm
• Four selectable maps for 125cc and 150cc configurations with 63mm cylinder

• Curve 0: Original exhaust system, 125cc Malossi cylinder, original head, original camshaft and original filter
• Curve 1: Malossi exhaust system with dB killer, 125 cc Malossi cylinder and original components for the head, camshaft and filter
• Curve 2: Original exhaust system, 150 cc Malossi cylinder and original head, camshaft and filter components
• Curve 3: Malossi exhaust system with dB killer, 150 cc Malossi cylinder and original components for the head, camshaft and filter

The Force Master 2 is assigned to the Piaggio Liberty 125 IE Iget 3 V ABS E 4 (M 891), built in 2015. The vehicle assignment mentioned is intended to be used with a Malossi cylinder.
