This material was chosen to ensure maximum protection while reducing weight (only 3.7 kg). Unlike aluminum protective panels, the HDPE panel does not absorb deformation and does not store impact energy, which further contributes to its durability.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAnother advantage of this plastic plate is the significant reduction in noise compared to metal plates, which often increase noises such as the impact of stones. The protection plate is not mounted directly on the engine, but rather via aluminum brackets at the rear and four attachment points on the front frame, which provides additional protection for the tank and eliminates the need to purchase crash bars.
