RFX Pro Series titanium/aluminum footrests for KTM 125 SX

The RFX Pro Series titanium/aluminum footpegs combine a lightweight aluminum base with durable titanium teeth. This means they provide a grippy contact surface for demanding driving conditions and a long-lasting solution for off-road use.

Function and construction

The footpegs were developed by RFX's in-house R&D team and developed in collaboration with RFX-sponsored riders. The base is CNC machined and made of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy. Hard anodization supports the wear resistance of the surface.

Teeth made from Ti-6AL-4V aerospace titanium are used for grip. The replaceable titanium teeth allow individual teeth to be replaced without having to replace the entire set. Their larger size than their steel predecessors is designed to reduce wear on the boot.
