RFX Pro clutch cover for Husqvarna TE 300

The RFX Pro clutch cover is designed for the Husqvarna TE 300 built between 2017 and 2023. Its deeper profile increases oil capacity by 100cc, thereby supporting lower oil temperature. This advantage is particularly relevant during long races and in very muddy or sandy conditions when the clutch is subject to particular stress.

Function and construction

The clutch cover is CNC machined from a solid block of 6061-T6 aluminum. The construction allows for lightweight, thin areas and combines low weight with high strength and durability. This means that the lid offers robust protection against external stress, such as stones, rocks, footrests or brake pedals.

The increased oil capacity and design designed for better oil circulation support thermal relief and clutch durability. The black finish gives the component a striking look and is designed to withstand contact with boots and grit.
