The BOYESEN wheel membrane block is developed as a model-specific intake system for the Hm CRE 125 R built in 2004. Its design combines an optimized internal surface with a 4-way diffuser that supports the air flow in the intake area and is intended to avoid pressure losses.

Well thought-out construction for the intake area

The membrane block is made of 100% aluminum. The inner surfaces are designed to guide the intake air in a streamlined manner. In addition, model-specific membrane plates work with variable flexibility and several opening levels. This supports the adaptation of the membrane movement to the respective application.

Vehicle assignment and assembly

The membrane block is assigned to the Hm CRE 125 R, built in 2004. The assembly takes place directly without modification. Intake nozzles and fastening clamps are included in the scope of delivery for installation.

The hydrocarbon-resistant design of the coated membrane plates supports a longer service life of the seals. The RC2 diaphragm block design was developed for competition use and optimizes intake airflow for efficiency, power and pulling power.
