Electronic ignition box for the Gilera Nexus 300

The MALOSSI Force Master 2.1 is an electronic ignition box for the Gilera Nexus 300 built between 2008 and 2014. The control unit has a revised user interface and can therefore be configured more specifically. Interfaces for K and CAN communication lines as well as a capacitive ignition input expand the coordination of the power management.

Functions and coordination

Four different maps are available for adjustment. These take into account different combinations of exhaust system, cylinder, cylinder head, camshaft and filter:

• Curva 0: Malossi with DB killer exhaust system, original cylinder, original head, original camshaft and original filter
• Curva 1: Malossi with DB Killer exhaust system, original cylinder, Malossi head, original camshaft and original filter
• Curva 2: Original exhaust system, Malossi cylinders, Malossi head, original camshaft and original filter
• Curva 3: Malossi with DB Killer exhaust system, Malossi cylinder, Malossi head, original camshaft and original filter

The consumption setting offers a range of ± 14% in the LOW, HIGH and MID levels. The speed limiter can be extended by +1,000 RPM. In conjunction with the O2 regulator, the Force Master 2.1 enables complete carburettor control for the intended configuration.
