PUIG tank cover Pista #11 for the BMW R1300GS
The Pista #11 combines a stable contact surface on the tank with a striking design integrated into the motorcycle. The cover, developed by PUIG specifically for the BMW R1300GS, is positioned over the central textile area of the tank. There it creates an additional support point and supports a controlled driver position - especially at higher speeds.
Stable surface for improved contact
The rigid tank surface facilitates leg contact and is designed to support control and stability while riding. At the same time, the cover fits uniformly between the side panels, seat and central tank area.
Precision crafted ABS construction
PUIG manufactures the tank cover in Barcelona using modern engineering plastic molding techniques. The 4mm thick ABS offers a balance of light weight and durability. The matt black surface underlines the consistent Pista look.
