Aluminum radiator protection for the BMW M 1000 RR

The R&G Racing radiator guard protects the sensitive radiator of the BMW M 1000 RR from flying foreign bodies and the resulting damage. At the same time, the construction covers areas below the radiator and protects the exhaust pipe and other parts underneath.

Structure and function

The grille is made of Grade 1 expanded titanium sheet according to ASTM B265. The sheet metal is enclosed in a seamless aluminum frame. The titanium color and the aluminum used give the protective grille a clearly defined technical design.

Assembly

It is attached to the existing brackets on the motorcycle. This means that the radiator guard is mounted directly at the designated fastening points.
