MALOSSI cylinder kit for the Beta RR 125 4 T Enduro LC

The MALOSSI cylinder kit ø 63 bolts ø 14 H20 I-Tech 4-stroke is designed as a big-bore kit for the Beta RR 125 4 T Enduro LC from 2021. The cylinder bore of Ø 63 mm, the stroke of 58.7 mm and the displacement of 183 cc characterize the technical design of the kit.

The cylinder liner is machined with cross-smoothing and two diamond passes. A tolerance of 0.05 mm is provided for the cylinder-piston connection. Recalculated heat exchange surfaces support the structural design of the cylinder.

Pistons and piston rings

The ultra-compact piston has 3 rings and is made of a special aluminum alloy with a high silicon content, low thermal expansion and a tin layer on the sliding surfaces. Machining is carried out on numerically controlled machine tools. The ring set includes a nitrided and chrome-plated steel ring, a special ring made of cast iron and a three-part wiper ring made of special chrome-plated steel alloy.

Vehicle assignment and installation instructions

Suitable for the Beta RR 125 4 T Enduro LC, built in 2021. Installation is only intended with a Force Master 2.1 control unit. The product is intended exclusively for competitions at designated venues in accordance with the regulations of the relevant sports associations. No liability is assumed for improper use.
