Adjust preload on the chassis quickly and precisely

The patented XTRIG system for adjusting the damper preload enables quick and precise adjustment directly on the bike. The preload can be changed to suit the terrain you are riding on. This allows you to adapt the suspension settings to different track conditions.

An 8mm T-key is used for the adjustment. The operation is designed for an uncomplicated adjustment of the spring preload and supports precise adjustment without complicated work steps.

The system is assigned to the GAS GAS MC 250 built in 2022-2023.

Assembly and application

For assembly, the existing screws for adjusting the spring preload are removed and replaced with the XTRIG system. The preload can then be adjusted using the 8mm T wrench. This means that the settings for different terrain conditions are available directly on the vehicle.
