Hand-made EURO-5 exhaust manifold without catalytic converter

This stainless steel exhaust manifold kit was developed for BMW R nineT models from 2021 with EURO 5. The hand-made system does not require a catalytic converter, reduces the weight compared to the original and, according to the manufacturer, improves the overall engine performance.

Execution and function

• Handcrafted stainless steel exhaust manifold kit
• Without catalyst
• 2,150 kg lighter than the original manifolds
• No remapping or modification of the ECU required

Exhaust valve and third probe

On the original manifold of the EURO 5 models, the exhaust valve is welded and therefore cannot be reused. For this reason, the kit contains an Elimination Valve Kit. The manifolds are also prepared for the third probe.
