Product description: Tanking Basic for Benelli Leoncino 800

The Hepco & Becker tanking Basic has been specially developed for the Benelli Leoncino 800 motorcycle model of the construction years 2022 to 2025. This accessory enables safe and easy attachment of tank bags of the same manufacturer on the motorcycle.

The scope of delivery includes the tanking and an adaptable counterholder that is installed depending on the specific tank shape and the handlebar impact on the tank bag. Even when fueling is attached, access to the tank cover remains uncomplicated and trouble -free.

Characteristics of the tanking basic

• Stable, even at high speeds
• Mechanical locking enables easy operation
• Put on and audible snaps in the tank bag on the tanking
• Unlocking by pressing a belt on the tank bag
• No general operating license (ABE) required in Germany
• Maximum recommended speed with assembled tank bag: 130 km/h
• Recommended maximum payload: approx. 3 kg
• Consideration of the manufacturer's information and specific instructions is recommended

Differences to other tanking systems

Basic tanking differs from the lock-it system mainly by the type of locking. While the lock-IT fueling also works with magnets for centering, the basic model is mechanical. However, both systems use the same model -specific metal ring.

It should also be noted that tank bags and counterholder of the lock-IT system are not compatible with the basic tanking and vice versa. It is important that both components come from the same system.
