All setting values as well as time and odometers remain saved without supply voltage; the clock is excluded. Operation on battery-free motorcycles with a DC voltage supply is possible. The clock can be operated with a 9 V block battery. The speed can be taken from the original sensor. When new, the total mileage can be set for the first 30 km.
