Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, received the goods.

You may use the sample withdrawal form below, but this is not required.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice.

We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. We will not charge any refund fee.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value if this loss results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to inspect their condition, properties and function.

Excluded items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to customer specifications or clearly personalized. It also does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery.
